Compass Pointe Financial and its employees hold all nonpublic personal client information provided to our firm in the strictest confidence. Moreover, we are committed to safeguarding the confidential records of our clients against any real or perceived infringements on their rights of privacy. These records include all policy and account statements, forms, applications and related paperwork, as well as all personal information collected in connection with the services we provide. Our privacy policy with respect to nonpublic personal information is as follows:

Information Categories: The categories of nonpublic information collected from each client depend upon the scope of the individual client relationship. Such information may include, but is not limited to, personal finances, transactions and accounts with other financial institutions, tax returns, will and trust documents, and any other financial documents required in the assessment and planning process.

Employee Access: We restrict access to our clients’ personal and account information to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services.

Company Environment: We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard our clients’ nonpublic personal information.

Solicitors: We do not provide client information to mailing list vendors or solicitors for any reason.

Unaffiliated Third Parties: Unaffiliated third parties that require access to personal client information (e.g., other financial service companies, federal and state regulators, etc.) are required by law to safeguard that information, and must comply with federal privacy standards.

Other Professionals: Account information requested on behalf of a client by an interested third-party professional (e.g., client’s accountant, attorney, etc.) will only be released upon receipt of the client’s approval. At no time shall any information be released without prior authorized approval from the client.

Record Keeping: Nonpublic personal information will be maintained by our firm during the time you are a client, and for a specified period of time thereafter, as required by federal securities laws. If, at any time, you cease to be a client of our firm, we will adhere to the privacy policy and practices described in this notice.
